My work starts with a simple belief: the body holds our stories—not just pain, but also the capacity to heal.

I offer online counselling and somatic coaching, rooted in somatic work that draws on yoga, therapeutic principles and my background in social work and social justice. Whether through movement, talk, or both, the goal is to help you reconnect with your body, release what’s held, and open space for new possibilities.

I take a collaborative approach that centers your experience and invites you to be an active, empowered participant in your healing—a way of coming home to yourself, not just in thought but in your embodied experience.
