‘In the Name’
Metasoma was born from years of struggle in becoming my own person. It carries the story of transformation and self-acceptance, and a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom to heal, grow, and evolve.
The name combines two words: meta, the process of change, and soma, the living, feeling body. Together, they reflect the heart of this work: a space where mind and body come into relationship, and where change is not forced, but felt, embodied, and integrated.
Metasoma exists to honour the resilience and strength of bodies, while offering a space to come home to yourself. A place to soften into your experience, explore what’s been held or hidden, and reconnect with your inner knowing.
Welcome home.
A note about my path
The work I offer is deeply personal—shaped by my own lived experience of healing, movement, and relationship. Before I was a therapist, I was a person trying to make sense of the world through my body, my feelings, and the places I’d been hurt. What follows is a glimpse into that journey—and how it continues to guide the way I hold space for others today.
Let’s start the conversation
If you’re feeling the pull to reconnect, to rest, to come home to yourself—I’m here to walk with you.
