Online Counselling: A Safe Space to Gently Unravel and Reconnect
As your counsellor, I aim to foster a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can gently unravel what has long or tightly been held. This allows you to fully explore what may be troubling you, come to know and accept yourself, and discover deeper meaning and connection in your life.
Our sessions are a collaborative partnership where we explore your experiences and pathways forward together. Honouring your inherited self-knowledge and body wisdom, my role is to guide you into connection with yourself — creating space to release what no longer serves you and cultivate a deeper sense of ease and wholeness.
I take a holistic and integrative approach, blending elements of mindfulness, movement, and breath into counselling sessions to support whole-self healing through the connection of mind and body.

I have over a decade of experience working in community as a counsellor and social worker, supporting a wide range of population groups. My work is client-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. The central approach in my work with people is ensuring that you remain empowered and in control of your own journey.

Sessions go for 60 minutes and combine talking therapy with body-focused practices to help you reconnect with your emotions, sensations, and inner wisdom. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your body and mind, notice what arises, and work gently with it to support insight, regulation, and healing. You can expect a safe, supportive space where the pace is guided by your comfort.

All sessions are 1:1 and delivered online. You’ll just need a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable space where you feel safe to connect.

Each session is $130AUD.
I also hold a small number of sliding scale places for those who need extra support, so that this work can be as accessible as possible and meet you where you are.
