An invitation to return home to the body that has always held your wisdom, memories, and potential. Through this introspective, body-led journey, we move through the layers of self to touch the core—where love, vitality, and authenticity reside.

Homecoming is an experiential journey, of learning through doing. You’ll learn to listen to your body, befriend its signals, and trust its guidance. Together, we uncover what holds you back, face your fears, and illuminate what you truly long for—creating space for a life that feels fully, unmistakably your own.

It is for those who want to feel connected to their body, guided by intuition, and supported by their own inner wisdom. For those seeking clarity about who they are, a deeper sense of aliveness in their body, or a greater belonging within themselves—this work offers the tools, practices, and space to grow into that becoming.

    • Fortnightly 1:1 60-90 min session 

    • Continued teaching via email (recap, integration, and notes)

    • Homework / Practice: Journaling, guided meditations, movement exercises, and reflective prompts

    • Ongoing Support: A weekly check-in to deepen awareness and integrate insights. (Voice or text message)

  • Somatic coaching takes place online, 1:1, through video conferencing.

    All you really need is a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable space where you feel at safe to explore. What matters most is bringing a gentle willingness—to show up for yourself and fully engaging in the process.

  • This work is offered as a 3-month commitment ($1320 AUD), with flexible payment options available.
    Because I believe healing should be accessible, I also hold a limited number of sliding scale places for those who may need them.

    Each session is a space to slow down and notice—what’s been present for you this week, where you might feel held back, and how it feels to soften into your body and simply be with yourself.

    You’ll be guided through a structured yet flexible approach that draws on:

    • Visualisation

    • Shadow work & inner child work

    • Journaling

    • Meditation

  • Month 1: Vision & Foundations

    • Clarify your vision: Why are you here? What do you truly want?

    • Imagine how that vision looks and feels in your life.

    • Explore the external layers—the masks, stories, and protective patterns that hide your true self.

    • Begin building safety in your body, creating the ground to gently release what no longer serves you.

    Month 2: Inner Exploration

    • Step behind the shield and connect with your internal layers.

    • Engage in shadow work and inner child work to meet the parts of yourself you’ve kept hidden.

    • Begin to meet your authentic self with compassion.

    • Expand by clearing old patterns and strengthening the parts of you that feel healthy, vibrant, and alive.

    Month 3: Embodiment & Integration

    • Deepen connection with your core self—the place of love, joy, and authenticity.

    • Cultivate a healthy, nourishing relationship with your body.

    • Learn how to weave this new way of being into daily life and relationships.

    • Receive ongoing tools, resources, and support to continue your homecoming journey beyond the program.
